• 1:1 Sessions

    The entire session will be designed around your individual needs and goals and focus on the one to one attention, guidance, advice and motivation needed.

    • For a one off 1-1 session its £40
    • For 10 1-1 sessions its £350

    The above 10 sessions are to be used within 12 weeks of the first session.

  • Partner/Group Training

    This is a good option for you if you would like the one to one approach and specificity but don’t quite have the confidence to train on your own. Training with a friend can help add to the motivation meaning you push each other to work harder but can also be great fun.

    • For 10 1-2ppl sessions its £250 per person  
    • For 10 1-3ppl sessions its £200 per person
    • For 10 1-4ppl sessions its £150 per person
    • For 10 1-5ppl sessions its £120 per person

    All the above 10 sessions are to be used within 12 weeks of the first session.

  • Helen

    • Bespoke training plan + email contact each week £75 per month.
  • Bootcamp

    • £50 for 10 sessions
    • 12 weeks from the first session to use the 10 session

    All sessions are non-refundable

  • Sports Massage

    • £40 per hour for full body sports massage.
    • £25 half an hour
(Both Bootcamp and personal training are non-refundable)  Medical form to be completed before all sessions.  Gift Vouchers available for any of the above packages. Ideal for birthday and Christmas presents.
